Swiss DJ Tatana Drops Hot "You Can't Get In My Head" Clip (w/ Natalia Kills)
Damn this is hot. Switzerland's DJ Tatana yesterday premiered a video in Europe (we tweeted yesterday about her watching it for the first time Thursday) that just hit You Tube today for her latest single "You Can't Get In My Head," which features a fantastic topline from Natalia Kills. The clip was shot at Siren studios here in Los Angeles in the middle of Hollywood and is set to heat up both sides of the Atlantic this weekend. Swiss Singer Zazou On A Dance Pop "Mission" In New Clip
So there's this gal in Switzerland named Zazou. She was on popular show Deutschland sucht den Superstar (Germany's "Idol') last year. She didn't win, and she totally did not have sex with Ardian Bujupi either, you guys! More recently (as in last week), she released a video for a song called "Mission" and it's in English, friends. According to her bio, she's a big Michael Jackson fan and she lived in Manhattan for a bit. She also has a single with Christopher S coming soon, she claims. The 25-year-old's "Mission" is not bad, but we kinda love the brand new bonus track from her single even better. That song is called "Tornado" and it's seriously catchy. Check both below.
Austrian Swiss House/Pop Hybrid Time With Vera Böhnisch & Tom Novy ("Right Time")
Guess who's back? Swiss DJ Tom Novy and Vienna-born vocalist Vera Katharina Böhnisch. The pair made an appearance on this blog back in Feburary via a great remix of their 2011 hit "Thelma & Louise." But this new offering of theirs is just as good and really grows on you, especially if you're a fan of mainstream Euro-house. Vera lives in Mannheim now and for a white girl from Austria she holds it down nicely on "The Right Time." The single is taken from Tom Novy's label compilation Nouveau Niveau Vol. 2 -- Good Morning Bitches due out on May 4th. The video you'll see below (debuted today) was shot in Miami in March. Switzerland: Max Urban Shows You The "Best Party In Town" In Clip
So who likes Max Urban? You know Max. He's the guy who lives in Switzerland and has appeared on many house/pop crossover joints over the past few years. Some very good. Some kind of bad. Anyway, he's back in the mix with a really good song called "Best Party In Town." A clip for the tune was released yesterday and it's fun. But my favorite thing about this entire package is that "Best Party In Town" seems to borrow Javi Mula's hook from 2010....an amazing jam called "Sexy Lady." Swiss DJ Taps Swede (J-Son) And Rises On CH Charts With "Single Ladies"
Our old friend, Swiss DJ Remady, is back! The DJ/producer apparently has a Beyonce fetish, because his new single is called "Single Ladies" and it's climbing the charts in CH at a rapid clip. But this tune sounds nothing like American R&B....more like Eurohouse meets rap. The "rap" part comes via Sweden's J-Son, who we've written about again and again on this blog. Manu-L is also in the proverbial mix here. The tune just entered the official Swiss singles charts at #22 and will likely go Top 5 very soon (already at #1 on iTunes in Switzerland).
