Swedish Fueled K-pop Via "The Euroz"
It's no secret K-pop is exploding all over the world right now. Billboard now has a K-pop chart and there are multiple blogs who cover this beat (including friends of europopped Soompi/K-pop France) and do a great job. But I can't resist pointing out that some of the best K-pop songs come from Swedish songwriters. Case in point? Big Bang's "Beautiful Hangover." The track was written and produced by up-and-coming duo The Euroz and they were ahead of their time when they penned the tune you'll hear below, which incorporates big-sounding Swedish production in the best tradition of bigger names from Sweden into an urban pop song. Keep in mind this song came out in 2010 and The Euroz may have even written it in 2008 or 2009. Still sounding fresh in 2012. These producers are ones to watch, in my opinion. And Big Bang are already just massive. A winning combo below.
