UK's The Saturdays Are "Fired Up" In Clip
Leave it to England to out-Euro the EU when it comes to pop. That's just what The Saturdays have done on their released-today video for "Fired Up." This track is just killer and the video so stunning, visually speaking. This new sound represents a departure of sorts for the act, and "All Fired Up" is the second single from their forthcoming record, due later this year. Some interesting names helped produce the album, including Brian Higgins/Miranda Cooper (Kylie Minogue) and Space Cowboy (Lady Gaga). A fantastic heavy dance pop offering that may well do very well on UK charts next month. Can't stop listening to this one today, check it below.
Eurovision Win? Jedward's "Lipstick" Buzz
So I'm at Eurovision this week and I'm surprised at the (little, yet notable) buzz in the press centre around Ireland's Jedward. No one thought these twins had a chance a few months ago, but lately some say the duo might surprise a few at Eurovision this week. What do you think? Can "Lipstick" impress in 2011 after well-receieved rehearsals? Have a look below at the official video for the track and take a second look at Ireland (for the record, this is still a longshot to win, according to most experts).
