Ukraine Meets Chile In New ARMIA Video
I love where pop music is at today. Here we have Ukrainian girl group ARMIA collaborating with Chilean-born artist DJ Mendez, who now lives in Sweden (but works in Chile). "I came at the invitation of friends from the group ARMIA, which are well known here in Chile," said Mendez in a press release. "Seeing them on the festival stage in Vina del Mar this year, I was enthralled: They are very beautiful, excellent dancing, singing and making a bright show," he said. Mendez helped write this song and raps a bit in "Люби меня" (translates to "love me" in Russian but an English version video called "Let Me Be" is coming soon). I wrote about the girls from ARMIA twice last year, but this new song and clip is a step up. It's like Kylie Minogue meets Pitbull in between Ukraine and Chile. Love it.
