Romania: DJ Sava Drops "Free" Video

Guess who's back in the mix? DJ Sava. The man behind popular tracks such as last year's "Moneymaker" and 2010's "I Like That Trumpet" has kicked off 2012 with a tune simply called "Free." The song features Andreea and also a rapper named "Yolo." The clip, directed by Alex Ceausu, looks very well done and "Free" is good in parts, forgettable in others. My favorite part of the video is the girl with a guitar. There's no guitar in the song. However, there is a whole lot of sexy sax action. Check it.

yes i have a large section of chalga tracks on the blog. Just click on "Bulgaria" in my tags to see them (though I don't like trumpet-heavy chalga). But thanks for the kind words xo

And of this DJ Sava song, I agree with you about being good in parts but completely forgettable in others. I probably will not be adding it to my playlist.

I don't like most of Azis' music. I realize he is a big name and he's a cultural icon of sorts for gay men, but he just doesn't have any songs I like. When and if he writes one, I'll post it.

Haha no problem, I was just wondering. I really like his new song San Trope and the video because he's in Rihanna inspired outfits and he looks awesome in them. lol But different strokes and all that. :)
