"La La La" Labor Day: song that won't quit

Happy Labor Day weekend to all American readers. I probably won't write again until Tuesday due to the holiday, but here is an epic post on perhaps one of the greatest Europop sogs of the past decade, "La La La La La (Around the World)."  The song just won't stop pinging around the globe, and it's going on over a decade now since it was first made popular. You might have thought German pop trio ATC (A Touch of Class) was the first to write this song, but you'd be wrong. The first to tackle the catchy tune was Russia's Ruki Vverh in the late 1990s. Then German group ATC then released a chart busting version in 2000 before fellow Germans BeFour released "Magic Melody" in 2007 with a variant of the song (ATC's version was a bigger hit). More recently, the song is in favor with U.S rappers and producers. Check out the last two clips below. American R&B singer/rapper Auburn is currently climbing U.S. pop and rap charts with her take on the track this summer. Hear ALL the versions in chronological order below and decide for yourself who does it best.
